The vision of the Ministry of Information and Communications Rivers State is to inform, educate and sensitize the citizenry on the policies and programs of the government in order to elicit their active participation in activities organized by the government and to attain implementation of these policies and programs. The mission is to effectively articulate the views and aspirations of the Rivers State Government and its people for national and international attention through the use of the most acceptable means of mass communications.
