Founded in 2013, the Argentina-China Cooperation Civil Association (ACCACh) is a non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening civil and cultural ties between Argentina and China. It serves as a dynamic platform for promoting collaboration in areas such as education, science, technology, innovation, and trade. Through its initiatives, ACCACh fosters mutual understanding and builds bridges between the two nations beyond official diplomacy. The association actively organizes cultural exhibitions, business delegations, language training programs, and forums that encourage bilateral exchange. It has also partnered with Chinese regional governments and innovation hubs—such as the Argentina (Shanghai) Innovation Center—to support Argentine small and medium-sized enterprises entering the Chinese market. Led by President Diego Marcos, ACCACh emphasizes the importance of people-to-people diplomacy and aligns with global visions like China’s “Community of Shared Future for Mankind.” The association continues to play a vital role in deepening Argentina–China relations through grassroots engagement and forward-looking cooperation.
